Leadership and Organizational Development offers students the paid opportunity to increase their leadership skills by facilitating a Leadership Certificate Series workshop and participating in other leadership development opportunities.

May training will be in person. Strict COVID protocols will be followed. Accommodations will be figured out as each individual will have different needs.
In this role you will support the Four Arrows program by providing facilitation on the low and high ropes challenge course at Depot Campus, assist with general team building programs, run virtual/hyrbid experiences, and other experiential group development programming. A perfect opportunity to develop well sought after interpersonal and communication skills.
